What we collect

When you enquire about a rental through our form or WeChat, we collect the contact details you give us (name, phone or WeChat), your university, your budget and your move-in date.

How we use it

Only to match you with listings, arrange viewings, help with the tenancy and follow up afterwards. We never sell your details or pass them to third parties unless you agree or the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Unless you ask us to delete it, we keep it for up to one year after the tenancy is completed.

Your rights

You can ask us to view, correct or delete your personal data at any time — just message us on WeChat or email us.

Cookies

This site uses only the basic functionality Netlify provides (such as form submissions). We do not set tracking cookies.
